The ideal candidate has 5+ years in agency account management, fluency in Arabic and English, and a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management within a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client liaison, understanding objectives and ensuring exceptional execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and driving repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously spanning creative development, video production and social content, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers and social strategists to deliver compelling content for clients.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams, translating needs into actionable production plans.
• Work closely with clients to grasp business and marketing goals, driving innovative solutions to elevate their brand.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platforms to offer innovative solutions.
