Job summary

ADC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead day-to-day relationships with key client accounts, translate objectives into creative briefs, and drive integrated campaigns from briefing to reporting.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, present results to clients, and identify growth opportunities while mentoring junior team members, in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in account management within an advertising or integrated agency.
• Proven track record managing major client accounts and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand communication and campaign production.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key client accounts and be the primary contact.
• Translate client objectives into clear creative and campaign briefs.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through development, production, execution, and reporting.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, media, production, and activation teams.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, and profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Present campaign concepts, updates, and results to clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Support and guide Account Executives and junior team members.
