Job summary

TETR in Dubai is seeking Academic Associates (Class Coordinators) to support academic delivery across multiple programs. You will bridge faculty, students, and backend operations to ensure a seamless classroom experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree with coordination experience, strong LMS and data skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to manage schedules, materials, and assessments effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with prior coordination or academic admin experience.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and classroom technology.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in test prep, schools, or higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom schedules and coordinate with faculty for smooth delivery.
• Upload and track academic materials, assignments, and assessments on the LMS.
• Monitor attendance, student engagement, and flag issues proactively.
• Support exam invigilation, result compilation, and academic event logistics.
• Ensure classroom readiness and effective communication of all academic changes.
• Create assignments and quizzes for the aligned courses.

• Uploading and tracking academic materials, assignments, and assessments on the LMS.
• Monitoring attendance, student engagement, and flag issues proactively.
• Supporting exam invigilation, result compilation, and academic event logistics.
• Ensuring classroom readiness and effective communication of all academic changes.
• Creating assignments and quizzes for the aligned courses.
