TETR is seeking a Capstone Programme Associate to help turn venture-building experience into reality. You will coordinate across Shanghai, London and Dubai, ensuring teams have structure, support and resources to build real ventures in live markets.

You will manage milestones, mentor sessions and workshops, while maintaining systems and ensuring smooth execution across geography. The role requires travel and independent ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Capstone journey across Shanghai, London and Dubai with structure, support and resources.
• Run day-to-day operating engine behind venture-building, including milestones and logistics.
• Serve as on-ground point of contact for student teams from idea to execution.
• Track progress across milestones and identify teams needing support.
• Coordinate mentors, industry experts, judges and external stakeholders.
• Prepare teams for mentor reviews, venture assessments and pitches.
• Maintain systems, trackers and documentation for the programme.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams to align activities regionally.

About this role

We’re looking for a Capstone Programme Associate who can help turn Tetr’s venture-building experience from an ambitious idea into a flawlessly executed reality.

The Capstone is where students stop learning about business and start building one. Across Shanghai, London and Dubai, student teams work on real ventures, test ideas in live markets, speak to customers, work with mentors and experts, and turn concepts into operational businesses.

Your job is to make sure the engine behind all of this runs exceptionally well.

Specifically, this role will involve

• Supporting the Capstone journey across Shanghai, London and Dubai, ensuring students have the structure, support and resources they need to build and scale real ventures in live global markets.
• Running the day-to-day operating engine behind the venture-building experience — including milestones, mentor sessions, expert interactions, workshops, reviews and project logistics.
• Being an on-ground point of contact for student teams, helping them stay focused and accountable from the initial idea through validation, execution and operational reality.
• Tracking team progress across key milestones and proactively identifying teams that may need additional support.
• Coordinating mentors, industry experts, judges and other external stakeholders involved in the Capstone experience.
• Preparing students and teams for important moments such as mentor reviews, venture assessments and the Pitchfloor.
• Maintaining the systems, trackers and documentation that keep the programme running smoothly — including team records, milestone progress, feedback, deliverables and action items.
• Working closely with academic faculty and programme teams to ensure that venture-building activities are aligned with the broader academic experience.
• Partnering with Student Experience and other cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience for students across different geographies.
• Collecting feedback from students, mentors and other stakeholders and translating it into sharper processes and better support.
• Managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Being willing to get into the weeds — whether that means coordinating a workshop, chasing a deliverable, helping a team prepare for a pitch or solving an unexpected operational issue on the ground.
• Helping build systems and processes that make the Capstone experience increasingly scalable and effective as Tetr grows.

Ideal candidate will have

• 1-3 years of experience in programme coordination, incubator or accelerator operations, entrepreneurship support, project management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage documentation, trackers, schedules, logistics and multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work with student founders, mentors, industry experts, judges and external partners.
• Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship and venture-building.
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for execution.
• Ability to stay calm, organised and solution-oriented in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Ability to build strong relationships while also holding people accountable to deadlines and commitments.
• Willingness to travel and live across Shanghai, London and Dubai throughout the academic year.
• Prior experience living or working in China, the UK, UAE or a comparable international environment would be valuable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
