Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development in construction, waterproofing, or construction chemicals.
• Fluent in Arabic and English for client engagement and negotiations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales growth in Abu Dhabi for waterproofing and construction chemicals.
• Identify and pursue new leads, engage main contractors, and drive sales cycles to closure.
• Acquire new customers while growing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions from the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Support, Account Management, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service and growth.
• Assist customers with product-related or technical issues with the Technical Customer Service team.
