Job summary

Fajr Al Ghadeer Technical Services LLC (UAE) is expanding its sales team in the UAE, seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth in fit-out, waterproofing and related services.

The role involves visiting clients and sites, presenting quotations and proposals, achieving monthly targets, and building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants and developers. Immediate joiners preferred; UAE driving license beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in technical services/construction/fit-out/waterproofing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of UAE market and project-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Visit clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for project execution.
