Job summary

Capseal insulation contracting LLC in the UAE is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and secure waterproofing and related contracting projects across the UAE. You will build relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, and PMs to win bids.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE experience in waterproofing, roofing, construction or related contracting.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within UAE construction.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, FM companies or procurement teams.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction practices.
• Experience generating and converting project leads into contracts.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence; own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming projects, generate leads, arrange site visits.
• Understand technical requirements, prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate with clients and convert opportunities into successful projects.
