Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin degree is an advantage.
• Experience in hospital/clinic front desk or patient services is preferred.
• Familiarity with patient registration, scheduling, and front desk procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Manage the reception desk and front office during operating hours.
• Register new and returning patients in the hospital systems.
• Verify patient information and appointment details.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for patient care.
• Assist with patient communication during busy periods and emergencies.
• Follow hospital policies and health and safety procedures.
