Job summary

CityCube General Trading FZ LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional in Dubai to generate new leads and convert inquiries into paying customers. You will identify potential clients in storage, warehousing, logistics and related sectors and build lasting relationships through effective consultations and proposals.

Ideal candidates have UAE BD experience, excellent English, and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Sales/business development experience in the UAE.
• Experience in self-storage, warehousing, logistics or 3PL is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; other languages an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms and direct BD.
• Identify and approach potential customers needing storage and warehousing solutions.
• Develop relationships with SMEs, traders, e-commerce businesses, logistics companies, movers, and other clients.
• Conduct client visits and explain storage solutions and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain a database of leads and provide regular sales reports.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai market.

• Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Arabic will be an advantage.
