- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Product Presentation & Sales: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored security solutions, including alarm systems, CCTV, and integrated security technologies.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- Reporting & Documentation: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the security or technology sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control solutions.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a technical field are advantageous.
