Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our security division.

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting and selling our comprehensive range of security products and services, and building lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Product Presentation & Sales: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored security solutions, including alarm systems, CCTV, and integrated security technologies.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
