Early Learning Club Coach & Mentor
Job summary
A national NGO network is seeking a GP Club Coach to mentor early learning practitioners in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate SmartStarters, ensuring they operate successful early learning programs. Requirements include at least a year of coaching experience and 3 years in early childhood development. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the community by driving quality education efforts.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a coaching or mentoring role.
- 3 years of experience in ECD or a closely related field.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
Responsibilities
- Mentor early learning practitioners to ensure quality practice.
- Build and encourage networks of SmartStarters.
- Drive understanding of quality early learning within the community.
