Our client, Bellevue Wine Estate, situated on the Bottelary road in Stellenbosch, is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager who needs to manage all aspects of the company’s brand, in alignment with brand strategy.

The successful candidate has good administrative, planning and organising skills, with exceptional understand of Direct to Consumer business. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints in line with strategy; Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity *Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing: Manage DTC channels (website, social media, email, wine club, loyalty programs, Tasting Room, and events); Drive engagement and customer retention *Sales and Revenue Growth: Increase revenue from online sales, wine club, events, and tasting room; Align marketing with sales targets *Budget and Performance Management: Manage marketing budgets; Monitor and report on campaign performance *Agency and Vendor Coordination: Manage external agencies and subcontractors to deliver on marketing goals *Customer and Market Insights: Leverage customer data and market trends to guide strategy and improve results *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (BCom Marketing Management or similar);

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Good understanding of wine industry;

• Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales and social media management;

• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite and Commerce 7);

• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
