Job summary
A leading educational institution in South Africa is seeking a Security Manager responsible for safeguarding staff, students, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in security management, along with a valid driver's license and relevant certifications. You will develop security strategies, manage service providers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a security management role, preferably in residential/property management.
- Experience managing security contracts and providers.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Risk assessment and incident response capability.
- Ability to manage projects and security audits effectively.

- PSIRA Grade A Certification (essential).
- 5+ years in a security management role, preferably in residential/property management.
- Experience managing security contracts and providers.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Tertiary qualification in Security Management (advantageous).
- Risk assessment and incident response capability.
- Ability to manage projects and security audits effectively.
