Sales & Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a Sales & Affiliate Manager who can grow revenue, build partnerships, and lead high-performance teams.
At Sourcefin, we make purchase order funding and invoice discounting easy for South Africa’s forgotten SMMEs. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth through both direct sales and affiliate partnerships, leading a strong sales team while building a robust affiliate network. You’ll combine strategy with execution, ensuring our sales force and partners are equipped, motivated, and aligned to achieve bold growth targets.
Sales and growth
Lead & supervise a high-performance sales team (in-office and field force) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve performance and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Take ownership of key/high-value clients, ensuring tailored service and follow-up.
Step in for critical escalations or client dissatisfaction to resolve issues effectively.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
Ensure CRM processes, compliance, and QA are logged and followed.
Affiliate management
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates.
Monitor and improve affiliate performance to drive revenue.
Identify, onboard, and train new affiliates.
Track metrics, generate insights, and optimise strategies.
Provide affiliates with promotional materials and incentives.
Ensure adherence to policies and manage affiliate agreements.
Align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3–5 years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales team or account management.
Strong relationship management, performance tracking, and data analysis skills.
Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
An innovative self-starter who can excel in newly established roles.
