A leading insurance provider is seeking an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to consult with customers on their insurance needs. The role involves handling inbound calls, converting leads into policyholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. This position offers training for the required Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction while closing sales.
