A leading health insurance company is seeking an Associate Director of Enterprise Print Management to lead a high-performing team and manage print production operations. This role involves overseeing supplier negotiations, fostering relationships, and developing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in print production and strong leadership skills. This position is remote with some required travel.
Oversee team managing daily print production operations across Enterprise programs
Lead and manage team through all sourcing activities – including RFI/RFP development and execution
Manage and nurture Humana’s established Enterprise paper program, working closely with paper mills, brokers and print vendors to ensure alignment across all parties
Leverage internal and external resources and suppliers to deliver results in the most efficient and cost-effective way
Drive continuous improvement of print production processes and establish key performance metrics to regularly measure performance against goals
Promote alignment across business partners and suppliers by understanding and communicating needs and requirements
Develop and manage multi-year sourcing strategies focused on cost savings and supplier innovation
Promote EPM adoption across internal business areas by building strong partnerships and demonstrating value to internal business partners
Integrate processes across business units, operations, procurement, logistics and external suppliers
Contribute to departmental strategies and goals, while ensuring team understands overall EPM and Enterprise objectives
Support budget planning and forecasting through data analysis and interpretation
Contribute to establishing and maintaining departmental guidelines and SOPs
Represent Humana and EPM in professional and industry forums to benchmark Humana with other leading companies
Train and mentor team, promote development to foster print knowledge and expertise
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in print production, fulfillment, supplier management or related field
Proven expertise in Print, Direct Mail, Fulfillment and Paper
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences and influence stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Solid financial and business acumen
Experience in supplier diversity, ethical sourcing, environmental initiatives and regulatory compliance
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate stakeholders and meet project deadlines
Commitment to mentoring and developing staff
Ability and willingness to quickly learn new skills
Collaborative mindset with a focus on Enterprise-wide alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced proficiency of Microsoft Excel including modeling and development of macros
Experience in working for a large-scale, multi-layered health and wellbeing organization
Experience in working with logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve effective business results
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner
Ability to transfer lessons learned into new, improved processes
Solid understanding of financial & accounting principles

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,300 - $173,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
