I'm looking for my right-hand person to help me scale my businesses in AI consulting, real estate investment, rental, and lending. This is a unique position that blends executive assistance, project management, and implementation.

The Big Picture

My goal is to fill this role with a person I can work with for many years, providing a stable and fulfilling opportunity to contribute their skills. You'll have the chance to learn about AI, real estate investing, lending, direct response marketing, and online marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Email management: reading and handling incoming emails, tagging critical ones, and managing multiple inboxes.
  • Calendar management: scheduling appointments, handling cancellations, and ensuring meeting information is available.
  • Creating systems, checklists, workflows, and templates to organize processes.
  • Onboarding new hires: preparing onboarding processes, setting up accounts, and sharing access.
  • Personal items: helping with personal tasks, such as booking vacations, coordinating handymen, and shipping gifts.
  • Real estate business: assisting with day-to-day activities, such as managing deals and coordinating with clients.
  • Marketing: working with virtual assistants and vendors to create marketing lists and launch new ideas.
  • Technology: helping with various software and tools, such as Zoom, Podio, Google, and QuickBooks.
