Executive Assistant (Remote, 3 PM - 11pm) Job Type : Full-time, Remote Must reside in South Africa We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and possesses exceptional time management skills.
This role requires a professional with strong scheduling experience, outstanding communication abilities, and excellent written English skills.
Key Responsibilities : Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Ensure seamless communication between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other business correspondence.
Organize and maintain digital files and records with attention to confidentiality.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to keep tasks and projects on track.
Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements : 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proven scheduling experience and ability to manage multiple calendars.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, MS Office, scheduling software, CRM tools).
Outstanding English communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications : Experience supporting senior executives or C-level professionals.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
Background in international or remote team collaboration.
