With over four years of experience, Kyna English has delivered more than five million online classes to over , students in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. We are now expanding our teaching team and are inviting English teachers from South Africa to join our growing global network.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Online English Teachers to conduct 1-on-1 and small-group (1–4 students) lessons via video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online English lessons (1-on-1 or group class format).
  • Use provided teaching slides and lesson plans (no need to create your own).
  • Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that encourage participation.
  • Track students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and supportive virtual classroom environment.
Requirements
  • South African citizen with a valid passport (required for contracting and payment).
  • Excellent command of English with a clear, neutral accent.
  • TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification or relevant teaching experience is preferred.
  • Reliable computer, webcam, headset, and strong internet connection.
  • Patient, friendly, and passionate about teaching English to learners of different ages.
  • Able to teach at least 2.5 hours per day, 3 evenings per week, between 6 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM (GMT).
  • Working hours: fully remote, work from home; flexible teaching hours from 8 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM (GMT).
Class durations

25, 60, or 90 minutes
