About the role:
- Work alongside a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and timely.
- Gain an excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all our clients.
- Capture all the bank transactions that pull through into QuickBooks.
- Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
- Perform labor breakouts and analysis for all our clients.
- Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete.
- Assist with preparing monthly/weekly management reports.
