Corporater is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth in South Africa and the broader region.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and engage key industries, including BFSI, Government, Energy, and Telecom.
- Drive new business development and expand relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Effectively sell Corporater's software solutions (License sales) to enterprise customers.
- Pipeline Development & Management
- Generate leads through networking, strategic partnerships, and direct prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting via CRM systems.
- Customer Engagement
- Conduct client meetings, demos, presentations, and workshops.
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with presales and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Market Development
- Represent Corporater at industry events, seminars, and forums.
- Work closely with marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in GRC, Performance Management, or a similar domain.
- Strong network in enterprise and public sector organizations.
- Proven ability to drive sales and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
