Estate Agency based in the Southern Suburbs require a Senior Rental Administrator to join their rapidly growing rental department.
Job Description
To assist with the day-to-day running of office. All duties related to Sectional Title Rental Portfolio.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- At least three to five years in a similar role
- PayProp / WeConnectu software knowledge is a requirement for the position.
- Sectional Title/HOA /Rental Portfolio knowledge will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Insurance claims
- Knowledge on how to prepare AGM packs as well as other paperwork such as resolutions.
- High attention to detail
- Must be deadline driven and able to work under pressure.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of POPI and PPRA
