Are you someone who can:
- Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals while ensuring effective control of costs across functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice and solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop a product strategy aligned with business strategy to ensure growth and sustainability.
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute projects/initiatives with specific performance measures and control systems.
- Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality requirements, addressing findings from audits and client management.
- Manage product development projects from inception to completion, including post-implementation evaluation.
- Initiate and manage market research, data mining, and quantitative analysis for sustainability and competitive growth.
- Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks to expand the business's market position.
- Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
- Plan and manage team performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Manage own development to enhance competencies.
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
- Experience: 6 to 8 Years in Product Management
- Skills: Market Exploration, Market Research, Product Development, Product Strategies, and Innovation skills.
