1. Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals while ensuring effective control of costs across functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
2. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
3. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff.
4. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice and solutions to stakeholders.
5. Develop a product strategy aligned with business strategy to ensure growth and sustainability.
6. Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute projects/initiatives with specific performance measures and control systems.
7. Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality requirements, addressing findings from audits and client management.
8. Manage product development projects from inception to completion, including post-implementation evaluation.
9. Initiate and manage market research, data mining, and quantitative analysis for sustainability and competitive growth.
10. Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks to expand the business's market position.
11. Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
12. Plan and manage team performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture to foster innovation and efficiency.
13. Manage own development to enhance competencies.

1. Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
2. Experience: 6 to 8 Years in Product Management
3. Skills: Market Exploration, Market Research, Product Development, Product Strategies, and Innovation skills.
