Triz Engineering Solutions is looking for a talented Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning engineering designs and data into production, forming a key part of the engineering release process. This role involves managing industrial and process engineering functions, including reviewing and approving sub-systems for build feasibility, setting up detailed production line process models, and investigating production line issues. Apart from being a contained and well-rounded person with a high EQ level, he/she will be required to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment. The person needs to be a self-starter with attentionto detail and bring a positive energy to the work environment, with a willingness to excel in their role.

We provide end to end engineering services for commercial vehicle engineering and development from feasibility and conceptualization, through productionization and service support. Requirements:

• Bachelor's / B Tech Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification(s)
• 4 years plus of post-graduate in industrial and process engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line dynamics.
• Experience with time studies and production line optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
• 3D Modeling Software Experience (would be an advantage)
• Willing to travel overseas for variable periods

Responsibilities:

• Transition engineering designs and data into production, ensuring seamless integration and implementation.
• Participate in the engineering release process, ensuring all industrial and process engineering functions are addressed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to review and approve sub-systems for each product line in terms of build feasibility.
• Develop detailed production line process models detailing how and where subassemblies are installed on the production floor.
• Investigate and resolve issues found on the production line, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct time studies and production line optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to align engineering projects with business objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of process models, methodologies, and findings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency

Working Hours:

08h00 –17h00,Monday to Friday(subject to change)with core hoursand flexi time, and may require over time if operational required.
