What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Group Procurement Manager, this fixed-term role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by recording daily transactions. Responsibilities include managing accounts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting the overall financial health of the business. Key duties include:

  • Processing supplier invoices within the group
  • Engaging with suppliers to resolve disputes effectively
  • Collaborating with spend owners in the business
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Completing weekly cash accounting in the ERP system
  • Loading supplier payments
  • Ensuring accurate processing of all supplier transactions
  • Supporting group-related projects

  • A finance graduate with 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with accounting software

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
