Job summary
A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage customer accounts and oversee the entire credit process. The role involves capturing receipts, reconciling accounts, issuing credit notes, and handling customer queries. The ideal candidate will ensure effective debt collection and manage credit applications. Familiarity with Oracle for month-end reporting is essential for this position. This role offers a dynamic work environment located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Responsibilities
- Capturing customer receipts
- Releasing of valid and authorised orders
- Allocation of receipts
- Reconciling of customer accounts
- Issuing of valid credit notes
- Sending statements
- Responding to all customer queries
- Collection of debts
- Managing customer terms
- Managing credit applications
- Upload daily customer receipts into Oracle
