A leading furniture retailer in Johannesburg seeks a dynamic Retail Manager to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves leading a high-performing sales team, implementing effective financial management, and maintaining brand standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Fourways, Gauteng, and requires retail availability, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Retail Manager to lead one of our showrooms.
This role is primarily focused on driving sales performance, elevating customer satisfaction, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
While operational oversight remains important, the emphasis is leadership, coaching, and building a strong sales culture that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
This position will be based in Fourways, Gauteng.
