Placements24 is assisting a charitable organization in Gauteng to recruit a Youth Development Officer for on-site work in Tembisa. You will design and oversee youth development programs aimed at personal growth, education, and skill-building, in collaboration with schools and community groups.

The role requires strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, a background in youth development, and a commitment to youth empowerment within the Tembisa community.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of youth-facing work, preferably in non-profit settings.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.

• Design and implement youth development programs and educational support.
