Placements24 is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead youth empowerment initiatives in Tembisa, Gauteng. The role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that equip young people with life skills and vocational training, in collaboration with local schools and community partners.

The ideal candidate will drive program delivery, monitor outcomes, and manage budgets while building strong relationships with youth, families and volunteers in the Gauteng region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, youth work, or related area.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and youth challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data collection and reporting.
• Proficiency with relevant software applications.
• Willingness to work predominantly within the Tembisa, Gauteng community and non-remote schedule.
