Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience, preferably in youth development.
• Strong knowledge of youth development principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with diverse youth populations and community stakeholders.
• Degree in social sciences, education, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of youth development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
• Monitor program activities, collect data, and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools, community centers, and youth-serving organizations in Tembisa.
• Recruit, train, and support program participants, mentors, and volunteers.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management, donors, and stakeholders.
