Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth in a support or mentorship role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Gauteng and hold a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct support and mentorship to youth aged 12-18.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify individual challenges and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans including educational and personal development activities.
• Facilitate workshops on life skills, conflict resolution, and career guidance.
• Connect youth with community resources, services and educational institutions in Tembisa.
• Monitor progress and maintain records of client interactions and outcomes.
• Liaise with families, schools and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive support network.
