Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage youth development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants in program activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and families.
• Develop and manage program budgets and financial stewardship.
• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track outcomes and impact.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and activities for youth.
• Represent the organization at community events and stakeholder meetings.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and funding.
• Advocate for the voice and needs of young people within the organization and community.
