Job summary

WOW Softech is seeking an experienced WMS Administrator for Conakry, Guinea. You will manage WMS implementation, configuration, integration with ERP/TMS, and ongoing support for warehouse operations.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced WMS Administrators to manage Warehouse Management System implementation, configuration, integration, support and optimization for warehouse operations in Conakry, Guinea.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical WMS expertise, SQL/database knowledge and strong understanding of warehouse & logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

WMS Implementation

• Gather requirements and understand warehouse workflows including inbound, outbound, picking and inventory processes.
• Configure WMS according to warehouse layout and operational requirements.
• Coordinate WMS integration with ERP and TMS systems.
• Conduct UAT, integration testing and validation before go-live.
• Provide hands-on go-live support.
• Train warehouse users and managers on WMS processes.

System Administration & Support

• Monitor WMS system performance and overall system health.
• Manage system updates, user access and security permissions.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with IT/software vendors when required.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity between physical inventory and system records.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, picking accuracy, order fulfillment and productivity.
• Configure the system when warehouse layouts, storage racks, picking paths or SKUs change.
• Provide continuous training and support to warehouse users.
