Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a technically adept Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist to implement, maintain, and optimize WMS across our network. This fully remote role focuses on configuring WMS, troubleshooting issues with vendors, and integrating with ERP and TMS to keep warehouse operations accurate and efficient.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, at least four years of WMS experience, strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and proficiency with SQL and

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WMS configuration, implementation and support.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues with vendors.
• Develop system docs, guides, and training materials for WMS users.
• Integrate WMS with ERP and TMS.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and throughput.
• Provide remote training to warehouse staff on WMS usage.
