Job summary

WOW Softech is seeking an experienced WMS Administrator for Conakry, Guinea. You will manage WMS implementation, configuration, integration with ERP/TMS, and ongoing support for warehouse operations.

The role requires strong SQL/database skills and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics, with hands-on UAT, go-live, and troubleshooting experience. You will act as a bridge between warehouse teams and WMS tech.

Qualifications

• WMS expertise with strong SQL/database knowledge and logistics insight.
• Experience with ERP and TMS integrations and data validation.
• Proven ability to perform UAT, go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Bridge between warehouse operations and WMS technology; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementation, gather requirements, configure workflows.
• Coordinate ERP/TMS integrations and perform UAT and validation.
• Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization.
• Train warehouse users on WMS processes and updates.
• Monitor system health, access control, and data integrity.
• Generate KPIs on picking accuracy, throughput, and inventory.
