Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Secondary education completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tasting room operations and guest experiences.
• Lead rostering, training, and development of the hospitality team.
• Coordinate wine tastings, private bookings and events.
• Engage online customers, manage wine club interactions and online orders.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to tell the brand story.
