Job summary

Wellness Warehouse Paarl is seeking a Store Leader to drive store performance and health-focused brand presence. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining stock accuracy and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities include optimizing selling space, controlling costs, leading and coaching staff, completing store audits, and delivering sales targets. Weekend and extended hours availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully computer literate with basic software knowledge.
• Proficiency in stock management, cost control and cost management.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience including 2-3 years managerial experience.
• A genuine interest in health and wellness brand ambassadors, weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests.
• Optimize selling space and drive replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure housekeeping disciplines are adhered to.
• Store profitability, sales targets and gross profit management.
• Interpret income statements and implement action plans.
• Identify challenges, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, develop and retain team members; coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure monthly store audit benchmarks are achieved and improved.
