Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Business/Admin qualification would be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years retail experience including 2–3 years managerial experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests.
• Optimizes selling space and drive replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct floorwalks to ensure housekeeping disciplines are adhered to.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• GP: reduce wastage & improve stock accuracy within benchmarks.
• Interpret income statement information and implement action plans.
• Identify challenges, trends and opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure monthly store audit benchmarks are achieved and improved.
• Stock control and stock management.
• Lead, develop and retain team members.
• Performance development culture and team effectiveness.
• Lead, develop and coach the team.
