Wellness Warehouse in Stellenbosch, South Africa, seeks aStore Leader to manage customer interactions, stock, and store productivity. You will drive replenishment, merchandising, and cost control while coaching a team to achieve KPI targets.

The role requires at least 5 years of retail experience, Grade 12, and wellness passion. Training in Wellness Foundation and managerial skills is preferred; weekend hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience including managerial experience.
• Wellness on-the-job Store Leader training.
• Interest in health and wellness and brand ambassador mindset.
• Fully computer literate and proficient in stock management and cost control.
• Able to work weekends and extended retail hours.
• Retail management diploma/degree would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests.
• Optimize selling space and drive replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure housekeeping disciplines.
• Drive store profitability, meet targets, and reduce wastage.
• Interpret Income Statement information and implement action plans.
• Lead, develop and retain team members and coach continuous improvement.
• Ensure monthly store audit benchmarks are achieved and improved.
• Ensure effective stock control and cash handling procedures.
