Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a frontline Health & Wellness Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplements. You will engage customers in-store, promote a broad range of brands, and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining stock availability and store hygiene.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, good communication, basic computer literacy, and a solid understanding of retail operations such as

Qualifications

Essential: basic knowledge of retail store operations including stock management, merchandising, and risk management.
Desirable: basic health, fitness and supplements knowledge.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive customer engagement.
Provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products to customers.
Drive healthcare sales through promotion of brands via cross-selling and upselling to increase profitability.
Maintain stock availability and adhere to stock management principles to drive sales and reduce wastage.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and store cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.
Follow merchandising guidelines and store SOPs to ensure consistent presentation and operations.
