Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a retail healthcare assistant to deliver exceptional service and provide knowledgeable recommendations on health and supplementation products. You will consult customers, promote a broad range of brands, and help maintain stock integrity and merchandising standards in-store.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, with a focus on sports nutrition and vitamins; matric completion is required.

Qualifications

Essential: Basic knowledge of retail store operations principles (stock management, merchandising, risk management).
Desirable: Basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactivity to customer needs.
Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products.
Drive healthcare sales through cross selling and upselling to increase profitability.
Drive stock availability in healthcare aisles through stock management principles and procedures.
Prevent wastage by adhering to stock rotation principles and avoid stock losses.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.
Implement product merchandising following guidelines and procedures.
Adhere to store standard operating procedures and share product knowledge with relief staff.
