Qualifications

Essential: basic knowledge of retail store operations (stock management, merchandising, risk management)
Desirable: basic health, fitness and supplements product knowledge
Experience with sports nutrition and vitamin products preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive needs assessment.
Consult with customers to provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplements.
Drive healthcare sales through cross-selling and upselling to meet targets.
Maintain stock availability in healthcare aisles through stock management adherence.
Minimise wastage by proper stock rotation and loss prevention.
Ensure high standards of store hygiene and cleanliness.
Implement merchandising guidelines and maintain store SOPs.
Share product knowledge with relief staff to ensure service continuity.
