Clicks Group is seeking a frontline Health & Wellness Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice on healthcare, nutrition and supplements. You will engage customers in-store, promote a broad range of brands, and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining stock availability and store hygiene.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, good communication, basic computer literacy, and a solid understanding of retail operations such as

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactive customer engagement.
• Provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products to customers.
• Drive healthcare sales through promotion of brands via cross-selling and upselling to increase profitability.
• Maintain stock availability and adhere to stock management principles to drive sales and reduce wastage.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and store cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and store SOPs to ensure consistent presentation and operations.
