The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in well interventions, strong risk management and excellent communication. On-site collaboration and safety-focused environment in Randburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in well intervention engineering or operations.
• Knowledge of well intervention techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design well intervention operations (wireline, coiled tubing, snubbing).
• Develop procedures and risk assessments for intervention activities.
• Select and manage vendors and equipment for campaigns.
• Oversee on-site or remote operations with safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze post-operation data.
