Job summary
Placements24 seeks a Senior Well Intervention Specialist to lead and optimize oilfield interventions in East London. You will design and supervise workovers, completions and stimulation programs, leveraging deep knowledge of downhole tools and wellbore integrity to maximize production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field is required.
- At least 10 years' experience in well intervention, workovers and completions.
- Strong knowledge of downhole tools, fishing operations and wellbore integrity.
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex intervention projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design well intervention programs including workovers and completions.
- Supervise intervention operations ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Evaluate downhole tools and methodologies for each project.
- Monitor post-intervention performance and optimize production.
- Manage timelines, budgets and resources for interventions.
- Collaborate with reservoir and production engineers to align strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regs.
