Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in well intervention or related oil and gas operations.
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools and wellbore mechanics.
• Experience with coiled tubing, wireline and hydraulic fracturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute well intervention operations, including fishing, milling, stimulation, and artificial lift installations.
• Analyze well performance data and conduct diagnostics to identify opportunities for intervention.
• Prepare detailed well intervention programs, including risk assessments and cost estimates.
• Oversee service companies and equipment utilized during intervention operations.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations for wellwork strategies to enhance production and recovery.
