MSX International is seeking a Warranty Specialist to join our team in Walvis Bay/Oshakati/Otjiwarongo. You will manage warranty claims, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with OEM specifications.

We require 3–5 years in the automotive industry, background as a Service Advisor or Warranty Clerk, and knowledge of DMS systems (Automate/Evolve/ADP/Kerridge) is a plus. Ford experience is preferred. Strong data entry and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform research on warranty concerns and prepare/customise warranty papers.
• Review all warranty claims, administer and submit for approval.
• Monitor repair order completion for authorisation per warranty rules.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests on warranty issues.
• Inform aftersales staff of warranty programs and bulletins promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all warranty specifications.
• Enter data and maintain records for warranty claims and filings.
• Manage warranty claim submissions and re-submit as required.
• Prepare documents for warranty audits per OEM guidelines.
• Manage and maintain a warranty parts store per OEM specs.
• Maintain customer and warrantor reference records.

Job Description

• Perform research on warranties concerns, prepare / customise warranty papers for work.
• Review all warranty claims, administer and submit for warranty approval.
• Monitor repair order completion for authorisation as per warranty requirement.
• Monitor all customer inquiries and requests on warranty issues.
• Communicate to all aftersales staff all warranty programs and bulletins in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance to all warranty specifications.
• Evaluate databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
• Manage all warranty claim submission, resubmit claims if required and ensure appropriate action is completed.
• Prepare documents for all warranty audits as per OEM recommendation
• Manage and upkeep of a warranty parts store in line with OEM manufacturers specification
• Maintain records of customer details and warrantor references.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Work experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Clerk or Technical background in the motor industry
• DMS experience (Automate,Evolve,ADP/kerridge) will be an advantage
• Ford experienced preferred
