MSX in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Regional Warranty Manager to lead warranty claims processes across dealers and service networks. You will drive policy adherence, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of claims while upholding service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive warranty claims, knowledge of dealer management systems, and proficiency with MS Office. OEM certification is a plus; a proactive leader with integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required. Some college coursework desired.
• OEM Warranty Certification (Desirable)
• Appropriate certification indicating computer literacy in MS Office suite.
• 1 - 3 years experience in Automotive Warranty Claims
• Previous ESP or Warranty claims program knowledge is desired
