Placements24 is seeking a diligent Warehouse Receiver & Dispatch Clerk to manage inbound and outbound goods in Benoni, Gauteng. You will verify shipments, record stock, and prepare outgoing orders to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely dispatch.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy warehouse environment while maintaining safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as Receiver/Dispatch Clerk or similar warehouse admin role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer apps.
• Ability to count, record, and verify stock accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Receive shipments, verify contents against PO or delivery notes, inspect for damage.
• Record goods in inventory system accurately.
• Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and stage.
• Coordinate with transport providers for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate.
• Maintain clean receiving/dispatch area.
• Monitor inventory levels in dispatch area.
• Communicate with procurement and sales about shipments.
• Adhere to warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
